In the fourth quarter of 2023, the Wellness app category on the Android platform in Europe witnessed notable performances from top applications. Sensor Tower's data offers us a glimpse into how these apps fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.

Headspace: Sleep & Meditation saw its revenue fluctuating around the $67K mark, with a peak at $73K. Downloads started strong at approximately 18K in early October but dipped to around 12K by the end of December. Weekly active users remained robust, starting at 230K and peaking at 238K, although there was a slight decline to 197K in the final week.

Calm - Sleep, Meditate, Relax experienced a revenue trend with highs and lows, reaching up to $54K. Downloads showed a mid-quarter spike to over 16K but ended the quarter with around 18K. The app maintained a healthy active user base, peaking at 217K and closing the quarter with 194K active users.

ShutEye®: Sleep & Relax demonstrated a significant revenue increase from $25K to $45K by the end of the quarter. The app's downloads saw a remarkable surge, jumping from 29K to a substantial 97K in the final week of December. Weekly active users mirrored this upward trend, growing from 43K to over 125K.

Mindfulness with Petit BamBou exhibited consistent revenue, hovering around the $22K mark. Download figures for the app were steady, starting at 11K and ending at around the same figure. Weekly active users saw a slight decline from 148K to 123K throughout the quarter.

Sleep Monitor: Sleep Tracker revealed a varied revenue pattern, starting at $23K, peaking at $36K, and concluding the quarter at around $9K. The app's downloads had a high at the beginning of the quarter with 95K but saw a decline, ending at 28K. Active users started at an impressive 229K, with a gradual decrease to 122K by the end of December.
